Sometimes we need help sorting out things in life. Anxiety, stress, OCD, depression, grief, and everyday issues can begin to feel like a heavy weight dragging you down and holding you back. Want a place to talk about what’s happening? Looking for a space where you can work through questions and concerns? I would welcome the opportunity to create this space with you, whether you are a teenager or an adult. During our time together we will identify areas for growth and change, and work on goals to provide short- and long-term relief.

My counseling work has primarily focused on college students and adults who want to build self-esteem, untangle career concerns, better understand relationship issues, manage health and wellbeing, and learn how to better communicate with the people in their lives. I also want to provide a space for high-achieving women managing the demands of a career and the complications that can come from the workplace. My goal is to help you identify your own strengths and wisdom, leading you to make choices that bring you closer to where you want to be.

Knowing where to begin can feel hard, maybe even impossible. I understand the challenge of taking a risk and deciding if therapy with me is right for you. I hope we get the chance to meet and see if we would like to work together.
