AMBER GIBSON, MA, Eds

TITLE

Amber is a Virginia native, who graduated from Marshall University with her Bachelor's and Master's in Psychology and her Specialist Degree in School Psychology. She previously worked in Ohio serving preschool students and a charter school company that served 14 schools throughout Ohio.

Amber moved to NC in 2013, where she started working with preschool students in Catawba County then moved on to Wilkes and then Forsyth. She is married and has two daughters, two cats, and one bunny.

In her spare time, Amber enjoys running, weight lifting, gardening, crafting, reading, watching crime/mystery shows, baking, cooking various ethnic dishes, and supporting school psychology.

Currently, Amber serves as past-president of the North Carolina School Psychology Association. She is a NCDPI TBI Approved Provider and a certified trauma professional. Her passion includes helping children reach their full potential, empowering children and their parents, and helping parents navigate the school system.
