Do you or your child have ADHD? How do you know how to treat the symptoms? Is there one approach that work best?

The meaning of ADHD is complex. It’s a misunderstood neurological disorder that impacts the parts of the brain that help us plan, focus on, and execute tasks. ADHD symptoms vary by sub-type — inattentive, hyperactive, or combined — and are often more difficult to diagnose in girls and adults.

There are many complementary therapies available for ADHD. It is hard to know which is the right approach will work best for each individual.

This lunch and learn will provide a panel of experts who speak to her way of supporting individuals with ADHD. After a brief panel discussion, our panel will each be positioned at a station so you can investigate the modalities that interest you most.
